-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

Simply the best!!!
We just arrived home from a week stay in Mar-A-Lago. We had two families of 4 and a bachelor brother in law (9 people in all)...There was more than enough space and we never felt cramped. Kitchen is very user friendly. More than enough indoor and outdoor space. Great location right on the beach and close to anything you may need. Beach Perfection!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. We were so pleased with everything about our stay at Mar-A-Lago. It was our first time visiting Cape San Blas. The house was newly renovated and the finishes were incredible....dream kitchen, beautiful linens on the beds, and wonderful layout for our family.but we loved having the master bedroom on the top floor and kids on the bottom. The beach views were a dream from every room! The outdoor balcony furniture was awesome, we loved having our morning coffee out there and sunsets at night. We used the SOLO stove on the beach for beach fires everyday, it was great! The green egg was rusted and was not useable but they had another small charcoal grill available. We cooked every meal including Xmas dinner in the beautiful felt like being home, there was not one utensil I was missing it was perfectly stocked! We used our beach credit provided for chairs and bikes and enjoyed biking up 30-A everyday. There is a fresh fish market just up the road and we enjoyed picking up a different fish each night for dinner.
