Pool -North Windmark Pool is not heated, but the village side pool is heated during winter months. We cannot guarantee the pool is heated during your stay, typically it's heated from Mid November to April.
Essentials: Bath towel and washcloth per guest are provided. Starter supply of soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bag, dish soap, and laundry soap.
Safety- Fire Detector, Carbon Monoxide Detector, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher
Parking-Up to 2-3(small)cars. No RVs, boats, or trailer parking permitted.
Dog Friendly- Up to 2 dogs max weight of 50 lbs each and crated if left home alone. One time fee of $150

WONDERFUL Location with no Highway to cross... Comfort and convenience. Terrific home.
Our stay at Pelican's Pearl was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, it felt more like staying in a well-loved home than a typical vacation rental. The owner has truly thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved starting each morning with a cup of coffee on the screened back porch overlooking the peaceful pond. It was the perfect place to relax before heading out for the day. The beach access was easy and convenient, especially with the golf cart that's provided. We also enjoyed spending time at the Town Center, where we found great coffee, delicious ice cream, and a fantastic pizza restaurant. The location couldn't have been better. Downtown Port St. Joe is just a quick 5-minute drive away, making it easy to explore local shops and restaurants. We spent a day at the beautiful Cape San Blas State Park and also took a memorable day trip to Apalachicola. Having all of these attractions nearby made for the perfect vacation. One of our favorite parts of the trip was enjoying the beauty of the Gulf Coast without the crowds and hustle of 30A. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly the getaway our family was looking for. The home itself was fully equipped with everything we needed and offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. Gorgeous Covered Porch. LUSH Beds. Brand New Cart. Boardwalks...WOW!
We stayed in Port St Joe At Pelicans Pearl on 5-16-5-22-2026. Our experience was wonderful. The house is beautifully furnished. It felt luxurious. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare any type of meals. I really enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the pond. Great place for morning coffee. Another bonus- the six seater golf cart, making the .4 mile to the beach even easier. Our family will definitely pick Pelicans Pearl for our next trip to Port St Joe. Most relaxing beach stay ever!
We stayed at Pelican’s pearl for a week and it did not disappoint. The house’s interior is beautifully decorated and well thought out. No need to angle cameras, every corner is tasteful. The beds were extremely comfortable. Sheets are silky, blankets are plush, and pillows are fluffy. Upstairs was a cute game area and bunk beds big enough for adults to sleep on! An amazing addition was a cute beverage/board game closet. Don’t miss it! You have everything you need to make a gorgeous dinner with a well-stocked kitchen. Make your way out to the patio for a gorgeous sunrise view for coffee and a book. If you don’t want to cook, there’s plenty of cute restaurants a short golf cart ride away. Super fun “golf cart highway” to get to the perfect beach spot close by. The beaches weren’t busy for a relaxing beach day. They have the garage stocked full of beach chairs and umbrellas to take with you to the beach. Not to mention ruin the perfect placement for mind blowing sunsets. Outside is a gorgeously built shower to rinse sand! I couldn’t recommend this place enough! I can’t wait to come back for Thanksgiving.
