How do I reserve my gear?
Upon confirming a reservation with Renting The Coast Rentals, you will receive an email from our partners at VayKLife welcoming you to the program and explaining the process for choosing and securing your selections.
Be sure to reserve your gear at least 48 hours prior to arrival to prevent late fees or late deliveries. The credit expires 24 hours after check-in.
Can I rent more items than the credit allows?
Yes! You can rent any additional items offered by VayKLife. Processing and delivery will take place directly through VayKLife.
How much beach gear credit will I receive?
Credit varies depending on the size of the property and the length of stay. Watch for your email from VayKLife for the amount of credit included with your stay.
Are there any additional fees involved?
There is a $25 delivery fee charged by VayKLife when you check out with your gear selections. The delivery fee is waived if you rent additional gear that meets the threshold shown in your cart.
Optional Gear Protection Insurance is automatically added to your cart but can be removed before checkout.
Can my beach gear credit be used toward the $25 delivery fee?
Unfortunately, no. Any remaining credit cannot be applied toward delivery or insurance costs, so be sure to use it.
How is my gear delivered?
Selected items are delivered to your beach house on arrival day and, in most cases, will be ready before check-in time. Items are picked up on the day of your departure.
