Exceptional in Every Way!
Port St Joe is a hidden gem. If you want a true beach vacation to unplug, this is the spot to be. And Windmark has all the amenities without the crowds. Houses and neighbors are welcoming. Kam and team were great hosts and the house had everything we needed. The location of this house in particular is fantastic…easy walk to pool or beach, or even take the golf cart for added convenience. Hosts were easily reachable which is really important while you’re on vacation! Highly recommend renting from them.

Perfect for the Whole Family, Pets Included!
We loved our stay at Green Magnolia home! It was spotless, easy access to everything, and had everything you could imagine you might need for your beach trip! Cooler, chairs, toys, golf cart was an AMAZING addition and so thankful for it! We will definitely be back, and cannot wait to be back in Port St. Joe at Kam’s place!

Spotless, Spacious, and Close to Everything!
We had a great vacation at Kam's house! There was 9 of us and we still had plenty of room. The house is beautiful and absolutely spotless. There's a part of the house that can be an apartment - worked great as the kids playroom. We had a 2-minute walk to a beautiful, huge pool with loads of seating and about a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. On top of that we loved all the games and toys in the garage. We will definitely be back!

Beach Bliss and Comfort!
Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. They even had activities for the kids to keep them occupied at night. The location was perfect for the kids to play outside in the cul-de-sac; it is close to the beach and great local restaurants nearby, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. We enjoyed using the golf cart during our stay and having all the necessary beach gear. The host was welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. We highly recommend this home for your stay, and we look forward to returning.

Amazing & Peaceful Place!
This whole community is a gem. Peaceful, quiet, and scenic. We can’t wait to come back! This house was perfect for our group. It was spacious, clean, furnished well, and we really enjoyed all of the amenities! The beach gear and golf cart made our trip much easier and even more enjoyable. The host was quick to respond and very helpful! We will definitely be back in the near future!

Fantastic
The Green Magnolia was the perfect place to stay for our beach trip. There was plenty of room for our family of 8. The kids really enjoyed the bikes, ping pong table, and foosball table. The golf cart was also a wonderful addition to be able to ride around the neighborhood, to the pool, and access to the beach. We all really enjoyed the area of the “forgotten coast.” It was nice to be in such a quiet non commercialized beach area. The beaches were nice and not crowded at all. I would definitely stay here again! The owners were very responsive through text if we needed anything.

Amazing Stay!
The hosts were all so very kind and helpful! Was nice to have a quiet week with very little hustle and bustle! We even saw an alligator more than once in the neighborhood pond!! The neighborhood was quiet. Hosts were very responsive minus when we asked to turn the thermostat down a little, they were going to check with the owner and never got back with us even though we asked 3 times. The beach right at the house was unkept but on down it was nice.. ultimately we ended up going to find other, cleaner beaches. The golf cart, games in the garage and swimming pool were AWESOME! They had everything we needed in the house and having the second kitchen was spectacular!

Perfect Stay for the Family!
Our family enjoyed the Avocado House. We had ample space.. the extra kitchen and apartment-like separate bedroom was ideal for two families (private but still very much a part of the whole house experience). The kids hung out in the garage playing ping pong & table football most of the time we weren’t out at the beach. We took them on nightly golf cart rides, occasionally making stops to catch the sunset & collect shells at Windmark beach. It seemed like there might have been more cameras surveilling the house than we thought from the listing - this didn’t both me but it might be something to consider for guests who want more privacy in that regard. Kam & the management team were very nice & helpful, even recommending local family friendly events to attend in the area. All in all, it was a great trip! The house was really nice inside. Quiet beach, good local food - Bruno’s for Pizza, Pepper’s for Mexican, Hunt’s on St. Joe Bay for Seafood. We would def stay again!

Amazing
The Green Magnolia was beyond perfect for our week stay with our family of nine. The location couldn't be more perfect to watch beautiful sunsets and walk to the pool. We enjoyed the golf cart immensely and used it every day to get to the beach boardwalks at the other section of Windmark. The beds were so comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. The kitchen was stocked wonderfully! One of the best beach house kitchens we've ever had! The rental company was one of the most responsive and helpful communicators I've ever dealt with. The level of communication It was overall fantastic and we cannot wait to come back!

Perfect Place.
We are a large family of teens with our family dog. Kam’s place was perfect for us! We were close to the beach, the environment was safe and quiet, we were close to other activities and there was a wonderful pool for times we just wanted to relax without the sand. The house was situated in a way that allowed us to have privacy, some groups to be up late while others slept, ping pong and biking were available as well as more than one common area for games. The kitchen was great to cook in for large groups and we had all the needed accessories! We had a wonderful time over all! Our dog was even pampered with extras just for her!

Beyond Great
Can’t speak highly enough about how great of a place this was to stay and how wonderful Kam was to work with. He went out of his way to accommodate us last minute and checked in throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. Will definitely recommend staying with Kam and renting the coast to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Florida!

Kam was awesome, quickly responded although rarely needed. The place was perfect, very spacious. Having the 2nd living area/kitchen was ideal. The pool and golf cart were great as well. My only wish was that the city would clean the beach as it had a lot of seaweed washing up. Thank you again Kam!

10 stars!! Simply Phenomenal.
10 stars!! Simply Phenomenal. This was one of our best Airbnb stays ever. We had a family of 9 come in for Christmas week - traveling from multiple locations. The home was spotless and perfect. The built in In-Law suite was a fabulous addition for our elderly parents - giving them their own space. The kids had bunk beds and the Master Suite was exceptionally spacious. The golf cart was such a convenience to get around and the beach is literally steps away. The sunsets are amazing. The arrival instructions were so easy and the recommendations for local eats, shopping, and activities were perfect. The weather was as expected, but there is a ping pong table in the garage and plenty of space for board games. Lots of supplies for summertime beach days. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are super soft. Washer/dryer are small but do the job. Neighborhood is still being built but very quiet. The pools were fantastic (one heated even for winter swims!) we will be back again!!

Great Wonderful Time.
We had a wonderful time. House is absolutely beautiful. Quiet neighborhood, peaceful beach. We did not use the pool, but did cut thru to go to the beach, and it is super nice as well.
