📌 THINGS TO KNOW

New Construction & Development
This is a newly built home located in a developing area. Nearby construction may result in daytime noise during your stay.

Pools
The North WindMark Pool is not heated. The Village-side pool is heated during the winter months. Please note that we cannot guarantee the pool will be heated during your stay. It is typically heated from mid-November through April, weather and resort operations permitting.

Essentials Provided
One bath towel and washcloth per guest, along with starter supplies of:

Soap
Shampoo
Conditioner
Toilet paper
Paper towels
Trash bags
Dish soap
Laundry detergent

We recommend bringing additional personal toiletries for longer stays.

Internet
While the home is equipped with internet, internet service cannot be guaranteed. In the event of an outage, guests should be prepared to use a mobile hotspot or another option for their WiFi needs.

Parking
Parking is available for up to 2–3 small vehicles. No RVs, boats, or trailers are permitted to be parked at the property.

Beach & Sun Safety
Florida sunshine can be intense! Please be aware of daily UV levels and take appropriate precautions when spending time outdoors.

Rip Currents
Rip currents can be stronger on certain days. Always check current beach conditions and rip-current warnings and use caution when swimming.

HOUSE RULES & DISCLOSURES
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book.
No smoking.
Starter supplies of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are provided.
Disorderly conduct on or off the property may result in eviction.
A rental agreement must be signed to complete the booking.
ID verification is required before check-in instructions are provided.

No Pets
This is a contactless check-in property; no staff are present on-site.
The home is equipped with mattress and pillow protectors and washable duvet covers.
