A Few Reminders for Your Trip
A minimum set of basic toiletries is provided. We suggest bringing additional toiletries for your stay.
One towel, one washcloth, and one hand towel are provided per guest.
Internet is provided, but service cannot be guaranteed. If the internet goes out, guests should be prepared to use a mobile hotspot or another option for Wi-Fi needs.
Please be aware of UV levels, as some days can have dangerously high sun exposure.
Rip currents can be stronger on some days. Please monitor local beach conditions and heed posted warnings.
Important Disclosures & House Rules
Must be 25 to book.
No smoking.
Starter supplies of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are provided only.
Any disorderly conduct on or off the property may lead to eviction.
A rental agreement must be signed to book.
ID verification is required before receiving check-in instructions.
The rental agreement must be electronically signed before check-in instructions are sent.
Please follow the home's pet policy. Any exceptions must be approved prior to booking.
Up to 2 dogs are permitted with a $150 fee. Dogs must be 50 lbs. or less each and must be crated if left alone in the home.
No staff is present at the property. Check-in is contactless.
The home has mattress and pillow protectors and washable duvet covers.
Trailers and RVs are not permitted.
Exterior Security Camera

One exterior doorbell camera is located at the front door and monitors the front entry, driveway, and road-facing area.

There are no indoor cameras or cameras in private outdoor spaces.
