Refrigerator, microwave, pots and pans, dishes and flatware, bowls, plates, cups, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, kcup and drip coffee maker, wine glasses, toaster oven, baking sheet, blender, crock pot, dining table, starter paper towels and dish soap
- Essentials - Towels, starter soaps, and starter toilet paper, Hangers, Iron & board, Drying rack for clothing, Clothing Storage
- Bathroom- Bathtub, Hair dryer, 1 day supply of Shampoo, Conditioner, Body soap
- Features- Private Washer/Dryer with starter laundry pack
- Outdoor- Gas Grill, Small Charcoal grill, covered front porch, outdoor seating, outdoor shower, water hose.
- Media- TVs, High-Speed internet, Wireless Router, Key Pad door entry,

*Pets are allowed with a one time fee of $150. Up to two dogs, 50lbs max each and crated if left home alone.

*This rental is located on floor 1.
*Parking notes: No passes or codes are required.
A few reminders for your trip:
- A minimum set of basic toiletries are provided
-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

Couldn’t Have Asked for a Better Getaway
We had a wonderful stay at this house in Mexico Beach! It was spotless when we arrived and felt so welcoming. The home had everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable spaces to relax after a day on the beach. The pool was fantastic and such a great spot to cool off and unwind. It was the perfect place to cook our meals, relax, and enjoy our time by the ocean. Perfect Beach Getaway
We absolutely loved our stay at the Pink Palm! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and cozy touches throughout the home. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful, making everything so easy from check-in to check-out. Amazing place with easy access to beach
Nice little place right off the beach. It was so easy to walk with our beach items across the street. The house was well kept and clean. Kam is easy to work with and fast to reply to questions. As a matter of fact, the main TV died the first day we arrived. Kam had a new replacement installed the next day. The house is clean and fully stocked. Amazing Stay
We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning! The place was spotless. The area was quiet. It’s a 2 min 40 sec walk to the beautiful beach. Food trucks within walking distance.
