There is plenty of parking with a vehicle capable of parking under the house, then 2 additional spots behind. Pets are allowed and there is no smoking.

A few reminders for your trip:
- A minimum set of basic toiletries are provided
-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

Great Stay – Extremely Communicative Host & Dog-Friendly!
This place was great! Kam was extremely communicative, I felt like he was always available for us! Super dog friendly, there is even a dog park a couple miles down! My only note is the beach directly in front of this house doesn’t allow dogs (a few miles down the beach they are allowed), so just keep that in mind when you plan what beach to walk to! Kam tells you this when you check in, but we did not read the check-in binder (of course..lol) until we learned the hard way. Great Beach Getaway – Well-Stocked and Convenient
We enjoyed our beach getaway at Mexico Beach in the Fortner Street Condo. The condo was comfortable and conveniently located. Clean and nicely decorated. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the sugar sand beach. There are stairs up to the main floor where the kitchen and living room are and the bedrooms are on the top floor. Wonderful Week in Mexico Beach – Highly Recommend
I had a great week at this Condo in Mexico Beach! Not even a block to the beach and a nice view from the porch. The condo is neat and clean and located centrally to restaurants, shops and the beach.
