Inside, the home features two generous living areas, each with its own smart TV, and dual fully equipped kitchens complete with two ovens, two refrigerators, and two dishwashers—perfect for entertaining or sharing cooking duties. The layout includes two king master suites, giving guests added privacy and comfort, while additional bedrooms and a bunk area make it easy to accommodate everyone.
Step out onto the open back patio to relax in the coastal breeze, grill up your fresh catch on the gas grill, or watch the kids play in the spacious backyard. For families, the home includes a highchair, pack and play, and a selection of board games for indoor fun.

THINGS TO KNOW
*The village pool is heated in the winter, but we do not control when it's heated or not. The HOA is in control of heating the pool and the pool maintenance.
*Flat path to the front door.
*This rental is located on floor 1.
*Parking notes: No passes or codes are required. There are also no RVs, boats, or trailer parking permitted.
*An outdoor shower for rinsing sand off is located on the side of the garage.
*Parking is available in the driveway only and for 2 vehicles. Please note that boats, trailers, and RV's are NOT permitted. Street parking is not allowed.
A few reminders for your trip:
- A minimum set of basic toiletries are provided
-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

Amazing Stay for Our Large Family – Highly Recommend
Kam and his crew were very accommodating to our large family group! Made sure we had everything we needed! The location was literally perfect, love having the pool right behind the house as well and then the beach right behind that! Check in was super easy, and the space is my favorite part! As Described, Clean, and Perfect for Families
The house was as described and clean. There was ample parking and space inside the house for our family and friends. The air conditioning worked well during some HOT days and nights. Be sure to stop by the store for longer stays to get more than the starter goods that were provided (toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, paper towels). Blessed trip with family
Amazing house location and stay in port st Joe
Feels like you take a step back in time.
Only down flaw this year is that windmark beach did not try and keep up with the clean up of sea weed the beach was cover in mounds as big as a manatee (Mexico beach at port st Joe beach had a lot less sea weed)- Anonymous from Florence, Posted: 8/3/2025
Family Vacation
We had the best time staying here! The home was very clean and is in a family friendly neighborhood! It had everything we needed when it came to pots and pans, etc. We had 12 people staying here, and had enough room to spread out. The showers never ran out of hot water which was a plus with this many people. We ended up driving to the beach access at Westmark South. It had a boardwalk to get to the beach that was much easier! The beach access at Westmark North was close to this house, but you had to walk through a lot of sand to get to the actual beach area. This house is super close to the pool. We did think the pool area over here wasn't as nice and kept up like the pool at Westmark South. Everything was in close driving distance, and that was convenient. We had an issue with the air conditioning setting and they were quick to respond and help fix it! I will definitely rent from this company again, and would stay in this house again.
