Pure Beachfront Indulgence
Amazing! Cape San Blas has always been a favorite of ours, we have stayed at many places over the years, but this house is now at the top of our list. House is exactly as pictured, it is beautiful and everything is on one level which was so nice. Beach felt like our own private beach. The heated pool was an extra bonus. Already planning to go back!

Exceeded Expectations – Perfect for Large Families!
This home actually exceeded our expectations! it has absolutely everything you need for a large family! The kitchen is fully stocked with all that you need for large families. the beach chairs, boogie boards, pool toys were an added bonus! This place is ready for you to just go and enjoy!!! Kam was extremely responsive and helpful. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Highly Recommend – Truly a Blessed Stay

Perfect Home for Large Families or Groups

Ideal Spot for Family Reunions – Never Felt Crowded

Spacious, Well-Stocked, and Beautifully Decorated
We absolutely enjoyed staying here. Big plus the kitchen was well stocked with anything you need to cook. Nicely decorated and plenty of room. A new boardwalk to the beach was added while we were there. We had a blast and we definitely will be back!

Most Pristine Airbnb We’ve Stayed In
Before arriving to this Airbnb, I received a message that stated cleanliness was a priority for the host and if there was something that needed attention to contact them. When we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised. This by far has been the most pristine Airbnb I have ever stayed out. The host communicated with us constantly, and came by to fix something quickly. Extremely kind hosts, I cannot recommend this place enough. We hope to return in the future!

So close to the beach
My multi generational family enjoyed the accomodations of Sand Blast. It is so close to the beach (very short walk) and has a lovely pool. It has spacious common areas for us to gather all together. The rooms were comfortable (although some were quite bright in the morning light). There is no elevator so keep that in mind if any older or less mobile members of the party because the living room and kitchen are on the 3rd floor with the master and the secondary rooms on the 2nd floor and bunk room on 1st. I got used to the stairs and didn't mind the exercise, but it's worth noting for certain folks. The management was quick to address our concerns. The home was clean and plenty big for our group. We made use of the fire pit and game room with ping pong as well. I was very grateful they provided high chair and packNplay upon request making us feel very welcome as our needs were met.

Weekend Escape With Friends – 20 People and Still Roomy!
We booked Sand Blast for a long weekend with a large group of friends – 20 people total – and it blew us away. The home is massive but still feels cozy and welcoming. We never ran into space issues, and the big open kitchen and multiple seating areas made group meals and game nights effortless. The beach is just a short stroll away – maybe 3 minutes tops – and we ended every day lounging by the private pool. Everyone raved about the house. We’ll definitely be back, and probably bring even more people next time!

Our Go-To Home for Large Family Trips
This was our second time staying at Sand Blast and it keeps getting better. We had 19 people this trip – 4 generations – and there was space for everyone. The home is clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked for big families. We cooked most nights and never ran out of room or supplies. The short walk to the beach was key with kids and grandparents alike. And the pool? An absolute favorite. We practically lived in it after dinner every night. So Much Space – And the Pool Was the Icing on the Cake!
Sand Blast is a true gem for big groups. We were a party of 17 and still had beds to spare. The house is thoughtfully laid out with large common areas, lots of dining space, and comfortable bedrooms throughout. The walk to the beach was short and scenic, and having the pool right at the house gave everyone options – especially when some wanted shade while others hit the waves. This home is incredibly well-maintained, and the attention to detail really shows. Can’t wait to return next year with an even bigger group!

Perfect for Our Group of 20!
We brought a full group of 20 down to Sand Blast for a family reunion and it fit us perfectly. There was room for everyone to sleep comfortably, and we never once felt cramped. The open design of the home made it easy for everyone to connect while still having quiet spots to unwind. The pool area was such a hit – especially with the kids – and being able to walk to the beach in under five minutes was ideal. The house was well stocked and spotless. Roomy, Relaxing, and Close to the Beach
We stayed at Sand Blast with our extended family – 16 of us total – and it was one of the best vacations we've had. The home is HUGE! Perfect Beach Getaway for Big Families!
Sand Blast was everything we needed and more! We had 18 people in our group – multiple families with kids – and the house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The layout was ideal with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a big open living area for meals and hanging out. The beach is just a short, easy walk away – even the kids didn’t complain! And having a private pool at the house was a dream. We alternated between the beach and the pool all day long. This home is truly made for large gatherings – highly recommend!
