-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

Loved the surprise complimentary bikes, great pool, and effortless late check-in!
Our stay in cottage #6 was awesome. It went above my expectations and when I come back to Port st joe this is where I will stay again. The location was perfect, checking in was so easy and we did arrive late, the pool was great to have and the grill was clean and ready to use. The complimentary bikes were a surprise and my son rode all over town.Being able to bring our dog was very important to us. The fee wasnt too much and knowing he was welcomed too was so nice. The ultimate birthday stay: flawless home, great pool, and top-notch host.
We traveled to Kam’s place for my 30th birthday with our 2 children. It was nothing short of amazing. Everything is walking distance, great food, very quick to respond, the house was spotless, no issues with noise, the pool was amazing(my kids preferred the pool over the beach), and the atmosphere was amazing. Unbeatable Downtown Location: Dog-Friendly Comfort, Excellent Soundproofing, & Gorgeous Sunsets!
It was what we needed — dog-friendly and easy walk to downtown. Location is unbeatable — next to sheriff’s department and across from city hall. We did not use kitchen, other than refrigerator. Construction was going on, so it was often pretty loud outside. I will say they do a good job controlling sound indoors. Sunsets were gorgeous from the front porch. It was clean. We replaced cheap, thin toilet paper and paper towels (and left thicker, softer for next guests). When we reserved cottage, we did not realize it was also “rentthecoast” and we had multiple points of contact. Nor did we realize that we would be required to sign a contract that largely did not apply (actually, there WAS soap, toilet paper and paper towels).
