-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

Love everything about the cottages
I have been coming to the cottages every year, sometimes twice a year since the day they opened. I love everything about them. They are fully stocked, within walking distance to everything. The pool is wonderful. The rockers are great in the evenings. The management company is outstanding. You will not find a more perfect place. I enjoy every second, every year! Loved the Porch Rockers and Soaker Tub
Perfect location!! Our favorite spot is the front porch, rocking chairs and ceiling fan. We sat people watching, traffic flow and boats being pulled in and out of the bay. We were able to walk to shop and eat a different cuisine every day. Drove eight minutes to Windmark Beach, 15 minutes to Port St Joe Beach & 30 minutes to Mexico Beach! Such a Cute Cottage! The couches and beds are really comfortable BUT THAT SOAKER TUB is to die for!!! Great Weekend
We love the location, convenient to all the restaurants, shops and bars. We walked everywhere we went. The cottage has everything you need. It was super cute and clean. The management staff are extremely responsive and helpful even after hours. It has a nice size pool and patio area with a bbq grill. Port cottages
