Community Pool

The Chateau Nemours community pool is just a short walk from the home and features a pool lift.

The pool is a shared community amenity and is subject to community rules, operating schedules, maintenance, and availability.

About Chateau Nemours

The Coastal Chateau is located in Chateau Nemours, a new and developing neighborhood in Port St. Joe.

The centerpiece of the community is the historic Chateau building, which was relocated from another part of town and is currently being remodeled into a unique restaurant. The restaurant is anticipated to open sometime in 2027, adding an exciting future destination to the neighborhood.

While the neighborhood continues to develop, The Coastal Chateau offers a comfortable and private home base close to everything Port St. Joe has to offer.

A Few Things to Know Before Your Stay

A minimum set of basic toiletries is provided. We strongly recommend bringing additional toiletries for the duration of your stay.

One towel, one washcloth, and one hand towel are provided per guest.

Internet service is provided, but service cannot be guaranteed. If the internet becomes unavailable, guests should be prepared to use a mobile hotspot or another Wi-Fi option if reliable internet access is essential.

Please be aware of UV levels, as some days can have dangerously high sun exposure. Take appropriate precautions when enjoying the beach or other outdoor activities.

Rip currents can be stronger on some days. Please monitor local beach conditions, follow posted warnings, and use appropriate caution in the water.

Security & Construction Disclosure

New Construction: Chateau Nemours is a newly developing neighborhood, and new construction may be ongoing nearby during your stay. While we do our best to provide a peaceful guest experience, guests may occasionally hear construction activity during permitted working hours. Construction schedules are outside the control of the property.

Exterior Security Camera: For property security, there is one exterior Ring camera located at the front door/entry area. There are no exterior cameras in the backyard or other private guest areas.

Interior ADT Camera: There is a camera built into the ADT control panel inside the living room. This camera is disabled and is not used to monitor guests. For additional peace of mind, tape has been placed over the camera lens.
