-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

Convenient Stay Near Downtown and Marina”
The cabin is in a great location near downtown. The down side is that it's at the busiest intersection in town (traffic noise) and the alley for a lot of restaurants runs behind it (garbage truck noise). The property was neat and clean. Mattress and TVs were a little old and we never could get the TVs to connect to wifi for streaming. It states there is a pool, but it's actually next door (across a 4-lane highway) at the St Joe Inn. These cabins used to be affiliated with the Inn but I'm not so sure now. Walking to restaurant was Super-Easy, and getting to the marina to rent a boat for the day was a breeze (Buena Vida Rentals). Peaceful, Clean, and Exactly as Described
Kam’s place was everything we needed and more! It was clean, peaceful, and just as described in the listing. The check-in process was smooth, and Kam was very helpful whenever we had questions. Comfy and Convenient
We needed a place to stay with our elderly dog and this was perfect. We could walk everywhere for anything we needed. The place was very clean. One day the owner saw me outside and thanked me for staying there and asked if everything was going ok with the cottage. We used to live in PSJ and being downtown is always fun. There is a little traffic noise but it is such quiet town that it died down early and we couldn't hear anything in the bedrooms.
