Important Update Regarding Access to the Bay Side Cottages
Current road work on Cecil Avenue is causing only minor disruptions to access at the Bay Side Cottages.
Beginning in late July and continuing through approximately October, construction will move to the alleyway behind the Bay Side Cottages. During this time, parking and direct access to the cottages will be impacted.
Guests should expect:
A 2–3 minute walk from the designated parking area to their cottage.
To unload and carry luggage, coolers, and beach gear to and from the cottage.
Ongoing construction activity around the normal access route to the Bay Side Cottages.
To minimize any inconvenience, we recommend booking one of our six Poolside Cottages, if available, as they will provide easier access during the construction period.
If you have any questions or would like assistance selecting the best cottage for your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to help you find the best option for your vacation.

Community pool access for relaxing dips after a day in the sun. Pool located by the pool side cottages.
10 complimentary bikes, provided by VayK Gear. Bikes are conveniently located at the Pool Side Cottages and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Wheelchair Accessible Shower-Roll-in / Curbless Entry offering no threshold or a very low (=½ inch) one to allow easy wheelchair entry. Shower has grab bars and handheld shower head.

Close proximity to parks, playgrounds, and walking trails for outdoor fun

- A minimum set of basic toiletries are provided
-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

*Starter supply of soaps, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash bag provided only.
*Any disorderly conduct on or off the property may lead to eviction
*Must sign a rental agreement to book
*ID Verification will be required before receiving check-in instructions

*Please be sure to follow this home's pet policy-get any exceptions approved prior to booking. $50 fee up to 2 dogs, 50 lb max each and crated if home alone. $100 for stay 10 days or more.

Downtown Charm & Unbeatable Walkability
The cottage was clean, comfortable and easy to get to. It is good for a couples weekend or a small family. The cottage is located in downtown PSJ. It is very walkable to restaurants and shops. The park with a public boat ramp, playground and pickle ball courts is just across the road. Also, the lighthouse and museum are within walking distance.
