Feels like a scene out of a Lifetime movie! Gorgeous home, amazing neighborhood, and great golf cart
The house, location and neighborhood were amazing. The neighborhood reminded us of a place out of a lifetime movie. Only thing that was a bummer was the playground was in the swimming area gated. So we couldn’t just go whenever. We didn’t enjoy everything that we wanted but that was because of tropical storm Bertha. Other than that this place was perfect. The golf cart was great and so much easier to have around the neighborhood. Thank you for the perfect house and location. Step Straight onto the Boardwalk! Pristine Beach Haven with Private Balcony Ocean Views
This was our first trip to Port St. Joe and we loved how much more laid back the town was as opposed to places like Destin. We walked out of the door to the home straight onto the boardwalk and it was maybe a 3-4 minute walk. The beach was never crowded. The boardwalk was perfect for morning walks and you have a pretty good view of the ocean from the master bedroom balcony. The house was beautiful and clean and well stocked with cooking supplies, etc. The pool was perfect for families and for small children with the zero entry. Space to Spare for Large Families! 2-Min Beach Walk, Free Golf Cart, & Great Kitchen
We had an awesome stay at Kam’s place last week for our family vacation! The house was perfect- it fit our large family, with space to spare, the open downstairs was ideal and the kitchen had everything we needed. Access to a golf cart for the beautiful community- including the pool and Main Street of restaurants/bar- was so nice! The Windmark community was gorgeous, and we had close beach access that took about 2 minutes walking from the house to get to. We cannot wait to come back to this place! Dolphin Watching & Screened Porch Evenings: Even Closer to the Beach!
We loved this vacation. The beach is closer than it appears in the picture. The house was very spacious and very comfortable. We loved sitting on the screened porch in the evening. The beach is beautiful and was not crowded. We loved watching the dolphins. The neighborhood was wonderful. We enjoyed visiting the businesses at the front of the neighborhood. The Perfect Uncrowded Escape Close to Beaches & Great Dining!
House was PERFECT! Location is great if you don’t want to be around a TON of people but still be close to plenty of activities, beaches, and great places to eat! The community needs some updating of pool and surrounding areas and it would be great if the ice cream places were open a little later in the evenings! A Family Haven in Beautiful WindMark
The house is extremely convenient to the beach and the side "yard" (which is all sand) was perfect for the kids to play in. The house had everything we needed and the WindMark community is a beautiful place to walk. The beaches were relatively quiet compared to 30A or Destin/OBA. Very clean house and loved the golf cart
House was very clean and updated. Kids loved the bunk beds and the golf cart. Neighborhood was quiet. Everyone was very friendly. Pool was close by and open from dawn to dusk. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. Kids found a lot of seashells on the beach. Amazing Family house! Definitely Recommend it
A beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood! The house was perfect for our family. The bunk room was perfect for the 3 kids. Quiet neighborhood with super friendly neighbors. A short, beautiful walk to the beach which was never crowded. The pool was big and so much fun for the kids to go between beach trips. The porch off the master bedroom was perfect to sit and drink coffee with views of the water. The kids loved the golf cart and are already asking to come back next year. Wonderful Stay, Great Location
We loved the house, it was very clean and we loved the screened in porches! The location was wonderful! It was easy to get to the beach and close to the pool and shops.The beaches were so nice and clean. The water was calm and great for little kids and families. We also loved the golf cart it made it easy to get around and also to take a quick trip to either go get pizza or ice cream. We also would take good cart ride on the designated paths and the kids loved it! The pool was also very nice. The staff was very nice and professional. Amazing House and Stay!
What a gem of a home! The house is wonderfully appointed in a beautiful beach community. This house truly has everything you need. The host is so friendly and very responsive. Amazing place
We had an amazing time. It was spotless and such a great little community. So many trails to ride the golf cart, great places to eat, we caught fish right off the beach and had all the space we needed.- David from Byron, Georgia, Posted: 6/10/2025
Great Stay
We loved the house! It was clean, organized, and had an amazing kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you need to cook a meal for your family.
