Pool -North Windmark Pool is not heated, but the village side pool is heated during winter months. We cannot guarantee the pool is heated during your stay, typically it's heated from Mid November to April.

-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

Very clean house and loved the golf cart
House was very clean and updated. Kids loved the bunk beds and the golf cart. Neighborhood was quiet. Everyone was very friendly. Pool was close by and open from dawn to dusk. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. Kids found a lot of seashells on the beach. Amazing Family house! Definitely Recommend it
A beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood! The house was perfect for our family. The bunk room was perfect for the 3 kids. Quiet neighborhood with super friendly neighbors. A short, beautiful walk to the beach which was never crowded. The pool was big and so much fun for the kids to go between beach trips. The porch off the master bedroom was perfect to sit and drink coffee with views of the water. The kids loved the golf cart and are already asking to come back next year. Wonderful Stay, Great Location
We loved the house, it was very clean and we loved the screened in porches! The location was wonderful! It was easy to get to the beach and close to the pool and shops.The beaches were so nice and clean. The water was calm and great for little kids and families. We also loved the golf cart it made it easy to get around and also to take a quick trip to either go get pizza or ice cream. We also would take good cart ride on the designated paths and the kids loved it! The pool was also very nice. The staff was very nice and professional. Amazing House and Stay!
What a gem of a home! The house is wonderfully appointed in a beautiful beach community. This house truly has everything you need. The host is so friendly and very responsive. One of the golf cart’s tires went flat and they worked so hard to get the tire replaced, even on a holiday weekend! I was truly blown away at the high level of customer service we received. Great Stay
We loved the house! It was clean, organized, and had an amazing kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you need to cook a meal for your family.
