Spend the morning walking the shoreline, come home for lunch, head back out for an afternoon swim, then return for a sunset stroll. The convenient outdoor shower makes coming and going from the beach easy.

And when you're ready to explore, you're perfectly situated to enjoy everything North Cape San Blas has to offer, from local seafood and ice cream to outdoor adventures and beautiful coastal scenery.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR STAY
A minimum set of basic toiletries is provided. We recommend bringing additional toiletries for your stay.
One towel, one washcloth, and one hand towel are provided per guest.
All of our homes have internet; however, internet service cannot be guaranteed. If service is interrupted, guests should plan to use a mobile hotspot or another option for their Wi-Fi needs.
Please be mindful of UV levels. Some days, sun exposure can be dangerous, so take appropriate precautions.
Rip currents: Conditions can change from day to day. Please monitor local beach and water safety warnings and use caution when entering the Gulf.

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES & HOUSE RULES

Exterior Security Camera: For the safety and security of our guests and property, there is an exterior security camera located on the front corner of the home. The camera is directed toward the roadway and is used to monitor incoming and outgoing traffic and activity in the driveway/road area. The camera does not monitor the interior of the home or private indoor spaces.

Beach Equipment: Any beach equipment or recreational items shown in listing photos are provided as a courtesy and may not always be available due to normal wear, damage, or loss. Availability of these items is not guaranteed.

Guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
No smoking is permitted.
A starter supply of soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags is provided. Guests are responsible for additional supplies needed during their stay.
Any disorderly conduct on or off the property may result in eviction.
A rental agreement must be signed to complete the booking.

Pet policy: Up to 2 dogs are permitted with a $150 pet fee. Dogs must be no more than 50 lbs. each and must be crated when left alone in the home.
