Important Update Regarding Access to the Bay Side Cottages

Current road work on Cecil Avenue is causing only minor disruptions to access at the Bay Side Cottages.

Beginning in late July and continuing through approximately October, construction will move to the alleyway behind the Bay Side Cottages. During this time, parking and direct access to the cottages will be impacted.

Guests should expect:

A 2–3 minute walk from the designated parking area to their cottage.
To unload and carry luggage, coolers, and beach gear to and from the cottage.
Ongoing construction activity around the normal access route to the Bay Side Cottages.
To minimize any inconvenience, we recommend booking one of our six Poolside Cottages, if available, as they will provide easier access during the construction period.

A few reminders for your trip:
- A minimum set of basic toiletries are provided
-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

*the pool is across Monument Ave. You will see the Port Inn. Follow the sidewalk to the 6 cottages that look like the one you are staying in and the pool is behind them
*Please be sure to follow this home's pet policy-get any exceptions approved prior to booking. $50 fee up to 2 dogs, 50 lb max each and crated if home alone. $100 for stay 10 days or more.
