-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

Elite Hosting in Port St. Joe: Rapid Response, Quick Solutions, & Total Peace of Mind!
The hosts are very responsive and easy to communicate with. The property was cleaned and maintained. It is well within walking distance to restaurants and local establishments. Want to give the hosts credit because we experienced a mechanical issue. We sent them a message, and they were not only responsive but were able to fix the issue in short order. This just shows how the hosts are equipped to solve issues and are readily available to do so. Keep enough coffee for the entire stay.

Spotless Gem with a VIP Christmas View
Kam’s place was very nice for the price, well appointed and spotless. And it provided front row seats for the PSJ Xmas parade, which was an unexpected treat. Perfect Location with Comfort and Charm!
Perfect location!! Our favorite spot is the front porch, rocking chairs and ceiling fan. We sat people watching, traffic flow and boats being pulled in and out of the bay. We were able to walk to shop and eat a different cuisine every day. Drove eight minutes to Windmark Beach, 15 minutes to Port St Joe Beach & 30 minutes to Mexico Beach! Such a Cute Cottage! The couches and beds are really comfortable BUT THAT SOAKER TUB is to die for!!!
