-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

Communication during check in & check out was fantastic. Cottage was spotless and adorable. Pool was fantastic. Location to downtown Port St Joe was amazing. Walking to the restaraunts, bars and open music venues was 2 minutes out the front door. My wife & I loved it soooooo much, we booked it again in 2 weeks. Perfect for boaters! Walk to everything, clean, and a great pool.
Loved staying here! We were able to walk to stores, restaurants, and the water. We were able to launch our boat right across the street which was a big plus for us. Comfortable Stay with Nice Beds and Convenient Location
