Just like home
Our group was a group of 5 middle-aged women leaving their families at home to have a weekend away with our book club girls. This house was amazing. I say this as a former beach house rental owner and someone who has rented homes probably 20 times. This house was clean and so well-appointed. Everything was high quality, from the furniture to the linens and the appliances.
It truly felt like home, not a rental. I would come back with my family, knowing I don't have to pack half my house. Things they have that you wouldn't have to pack: high-quality beach chairs and floaties, ninja blender, both a Keurig and a full coffee pot, Calphalon toaster oven, box fan, shark floor vacuum, so many extra pillows, towels for the pool, in fridge filtered water and ice maker, the list goes on. Communication was super easy, and the agency was so responsive to any questions I had. If you were on the fence, book this place; you won't regret it.

Vacation 2025
This is one of th best houses we have stayed in while visiting the forgotten coast. The house and pool were very clean. Plenty of utensils and appliances in the kitchen. The washer and dryer were in great condition as well. We would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

Granny's Gift
We had 12 in our group, we thought we would have a tough time with just 2 bathrooms but we didn't have a problem. We all loved the pool. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The cookware was great, despite the appearance it was still non stick. The mattresses were very comfortable. The golf cart was great. We had a tire issue and the host had someone out there within hours to fix it and there were no problems during the rest of the trip. They have tons of beach toys, and a wagon. We would stay there again.

Great house in quiet neighborhood. Everything in the house was well maintained and good working order. Really enjoyed the pool as well as the short golf cart ride to the beach. Great communication with management throughout the stay. A couple boards on the fence need repair or to be nailed back up but it wasn’t an issue.

Amazing Stay
We had such a good time!! The house was exactly as described and look just like the photos. The house was just a short ways from the beach, and the pool was great for those days we didn’t want to go to the beach! We would definitely book here again!

Amazing Stay
It was a great stay in a great area if you are looking for a peaceful location to relax and recharge mentally. A lot of walks on the beach, horseback riding on the beach and great state parks. If you are planning to stay with a dog or two like I did you would love to learn that the dogs are allowed on the beach near this place and there is even a dog park nearby. I would definitely recommend to stay here and would book it again.

Perfect Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We felt right at home and the kids enjoyed hitting the pool and heading to the beach. On the golf cart. This area is very quiet - a very different vibe than 30A. Kam’s place is the perfect respite to unplug and relax.
