Bedroom 2: Bunk room with 4 beds or 2 bunk beds... (Twin over full)
Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
Sunroom: Twin bed and trundle bed, this is not a private room it's a Florida Sunroom.
*Heating the pool is $400/stay (up to 7 days). Please request the pool heat if you wanted it heated.
*Boat Parking Available! No HOA
*10-12 min walk to the beach, 2–3-minute golf cart ride. Please do not park the golf-cart in other yards without permission. Golf cart can not cross 98 nor on beach.
*It's very possible to encounter wildlife in Florida such as snakes, alligators, or even bear. Trash needs to be kept in containers and cleaned up if pulled out by animals or blown over by wind.
A few reminders for your trip:
- A minimum set of basic toiletries are provided
-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

Perfect Family Stay – Clean, Well-Stocked, and Kid-Friendly
We have zero complaints about this listing & would definitely stay here again! It’s was exactly as shown in the photos, maybe even better. The house was very clean and very well stocked on a quiet street. The pool and the golf cart were great bonuses for the kids. There were lots of toys for the pool and beach as well as chairs & floats. The golf carts can’t cross over the main highway (per FL law) but there were plenty of places to park the golf cart and walk across the main highway to the beach access. Just like home
Our group was a group of 5 middle-aged women leaving their families at home to have a weekend away with our book club girls. This house was amazing. I say this as a former beach house rental owner and someone who has rented homes probably 20 times. This house was clean and so well-appointed. Everything was high quality, from the furniture to the linens and the appliances.
It truly felt like home, not a rental. I would come back with my family, knowing I don't have to pack half my house. Things they have that you wouldn't have to pack: high-quality beach chairs and floaties, ninja blender, both a Keurig and a full coffee pot, Calphalon toaster oven, box fan, shark floor vacuum, so many extra pillows, towels for the pool, in fridge filtered water and ice maker, the list goes on. Vacation 2025
This is one of th best houses we have stayed in while visiting the forgotten coast. The house and pool were very clean. Plenty of utensils and appliances in the kitchen. Granny's Gift
We had 12 in our group, we thought we would have a tough time with just 2 bathrooms but we didn't have a problem. We all loved the pool. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The cookware was great, despite the appearance it was still non stick. The mattresses were very comfortable. The golf cart was great. We had a tire issue and the host had someone out there within hours to fix it and there were no problems during the rest of the trip. They have tons of beach toys, and a wagon. Great house in quiet neighborhood. Everything in the house was well maintained and good working order. Really enjoyed the pool as well as the short golf cart ride to the beach. Amazing Stay
It was a great stay in a great area if you are looking for a peaceful location to relax and recharge mentally. A lot of walks on the beach, horseback riding on the beach and great state parks. If you are planning to stay with a dog or two like I did you would love to learn that the dogs are allowed on the beach near this place and there is even a dog park nearby.
