Room to Stretch and Wheels to Wander: The Perfect Family Hub
This place was a great spot for our family to stretch out and relax. The house was clean and spacious. The golf cart access to the beach boardwalk, pool, and shops was great, and we even took a couple bikes out a few times. There are plenty of toys and chairs to take with you to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

Loved the house and the Windmark Beach neighborhood / village! Wendy was very quick to respond to any questions. The house was exactly as we expected and had everything we needed! Love all the beach chairs, bikes and especially the golf cart. We live in a golf cart city, so it was very familiar to us and made getting to the beach and restaurants very easy! Moonlit Golf Cart Cruises and Multi-Generational Comfort
We truly enjoyed our stay at Wendy's place. The house was a great size for our family and had a very open floor plan. We loved late night golf cart rides, the clean beaches, and comfy beds. R&R was a great place to rent kayaks, paddle boats, and more. We would highly suggest this air bnb to anyone and plan to come back again in the future.

Boardwalk Bliss: A Winter Haven with Every Amenity at Your Fingertips
We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful and located in a wonderful area with a beach, heated pool, boardwalk and small shops easily accessible by walking, biking or using the golf cart. Plenty of beach equipment was available for our use as well. The host responded immediately to answer our questions. We enjoyed this winter option of warm weather and sunshine from our northern home. We will definitely be back!

Beyond the Code: Exceptional Support and Stress-Free Scenery.
We had some trouble getting into the pool with the code provided but Wendy was incredibly response and helped remedy the situation in less than 5 minutes. The golf cart was perfect for our big family and super helpful for my in laws that would have struggled walking so far. We plan to stay again.

76 Years Young & Beachbound: The Ultimate Multi-Gen Milestone Stay
We had an amazing time. Went to celebrate my husband's moms 76th birthday and we loved the place. Had the best time on the golf cart. Did not love beach at Port St. Joe, but Cape San blas was just up the road. we had a great time at state park there. House was spacious and we loved the community areas. ❤️ We would definitely recommend this to fellow beach-goers with a family group.

Comfort So Good You Won’t Want to Leave
The owner Wendy was so easy to work with. Her home is amazing with a wonderful location. The beds and pillows were so comfortable we didn't want to leave. The New Gold Standard for B&B Amenities
This place was absolutely amazing! We went for a weekend getaway and it was exactly what we needed! House was better than the pictures! Spacious, clean and had everything you would possibly need and more! Honestly we have stayed at quite a few B&B’S and this place had more amenities than any other one we stayed at!! A "Forgotten Coast" Treasure: New, Scenic, and Fully Equipped
A wonderful place to visit. The area is full of wonderful restaurants and beautiful scenery! Totally lives up to the forgotten coast! The house was new, and well laid out. The golf cart was an added bonus- it would be neat to have a map of where you can drive it though for future guests! The kitchen was well equipped with all utensils and baking/cooking supplies you would need!

Wendy was a pleasure to work with through the entire process. The home was spacious and well kept. The bedding was comfortable. Dish detergent for hand washing and machine washing was provided. There were plenty of quality towels, blankets, and pillows. The golf cart was a wonderful addition and very helpful in getting around the resort. I really can't complain about any part of the stay.

Coastal Quiet with High-End Comfort: Better Than Destin!
Loved this house...very new and spacious. We loved the golf cart and beach items that were there for our use. The beds were very comfy and big...even the bunkbeds were high quality wood not metal. We are very familiar with the golf coast...we frequent Destin most summers but have also done Cape San Blas. Cape San Blas and Port St Joe are more "quiet" areas but took a day and drove over to Destin to shop and enjoy our usual hang outs. Great house in a beautiful location... highly recommend!!!!

Crock-Pots, Comfy Beds, and Crowd-Free Shores
We had an amazing stay! The house was spacious. Plenty of room for 5 of us. Beds were super comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook suppers (including a crock pot!) and prep picnics. Make sure you bring extra dish detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper if you're staying for a while. There is a starter supply, but if you cook like we do you'll need more. Having the golf cart to go to the beach and pool was the best. Plenty of beach supplies on hand: blanket, umbrellas, and chairs. The beach was wonderful. It never felt crowded! Loved the place, loved the area.

Spacious Family Sanctuary with a Five-Star Fleet

Beachside Bliss & Five-Star Service
Wendy has a great place in a great location! The 30A stretch of the Fla panhandle is getting very crowded in the summer and this area could be the last that is not overrun with people. This rental offers everything you will need from chairs, beach toys, beach towels and an awesome golf cart. You will be hard pressed to find what to find what this listing has to offer at this price! Wendy is very responsive to your needs and is out in front with all the necessary communications and very pleasant to deal with! Loved the home and the area.
