Amazing Stay!
We had an amazing stay at Kim Kove! The house was clean and just perfect for a quiet relaxing beach getaway! The location was great. Good access to the beach. There is a public ‘park’ parking area directly outside of the neighborhood which made getting to the beach easy even without renting a golf cart.

Amazing Stay!
Thank you!! We had a wonderful vacation staying at your house. It's a really nice home and I only have two small complaints. 1. The dryer didn't work, which meant we were unable to wash our clothes which would have been nice. Although we did recieve the offer that yall would pick them up and have them washed and folded for us. But we were at the beach for the day a d didn't want to leave because it was our last day. Thanks anyway 2. I felt that the kitchen could have been stocked much better. Dishes would have been nice and definitely a upgrade on the cookware. As a family of 9 we cooked all of our meals there and what there just didn't serve our needs so I had to go the Walmart to purchase some things. This might not matter to some and I understand that but for a family that enjoys cooking good food on vacation I just found it lacking. But other than that we had a wonderful time and enjoyed your beautiful home . Thanks Teresa Masters

Amazing for family
The house worked out very well for my Family. Very clean and well organized. very good price point, Great location to Beach and restaurants. Instructions were very clear and had a binder in the house to help if we had other questions about house or area. my wife had a couple of questions, and they were very quick to reply. GREAT HOST. would highly recommend renting from Kam

Amazing Stay
The house was easy to find very nice and quiet neighborhood. I walked into the house and it was very clean smelt nice no odors. Once we settled in we felt right at home. My family and i would definitely rent this home again hands down! Thank you for letting us stay! Can't wait to come back!

Great place if enjoy cooking for your family after a day at the beach, between the grill and a full kitchen you have everything you need. Incredible master shower. Look forward to another trip.

Great Stay
We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Mexico beach. We were only 5 minutes from the beach which made so easy for me and my friends to get access to. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely book again in the future

Great Stay
We took a mom and sons trip and we were very pleased with our stay. It was super clean. Wonderful yard for the kids to play in while we relaxed on the back porch. It was nice having beach chairs and umbrellas to use if we wanted to. Super quiet. The house is walkable to the beach but we chose to drive which literally took 2 minutes. We would recommend it to others for sure.

Great Place
It was a great place for our family of 8 to stay. It's not so easy to find a reasonably priced house for a large family. Everyone enjoyed the chill time after a very busy summer, and the beach was just around the corner. Very relaxing to watch the sunset from Sunset Beach Park. The house accommodated us well, and best of all, it was as clean as they said! No bugs, no dirt left over from the last visitors. Thanks, Kam!

Beautiful Place
We had a great stay in beautiful Mexico beach. It was a cute house, walkable to the beach, clean and cozy. The kitchen was a bit sparse if you wanted to heat food in the microwave using glass instead of plastic but we managed.

Great Place
Kam was SO friendly and helpful! The WiFi wasn’t working and he actually came to the house to help figure it out! The house was great for 6 adults, one toddler, and two dogs. We felt there was enough space and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The beach is a walkable distance although we chose to drive many times. We loved it and would definitely rent again!

Great Place and Host
Kam's place was great, with all the necessary amenities we could need and comfortable furniture. The parents and kids had their own rooms and spaces and we made great use of the outdoor grill.
